Your satisfaction is our priority. If the initial design concepts don’t perfectly align with your vision, we’ll actively collaborate to revise, refine, and optimize the design until it captures your desired outcome. Refunds are reserved for rare and exceptional circumstances.
 

Refund, exchange, and store credit options

  • Before project initiation: Full digital refunds are available immediately from SHOP & if requested before any work (ie: initial consultations, template purchase, design briefs, mock-ups, etc) has commenced on a contracted, invoiced or deposited project.
  • During the design phase (before development): If a refund is requested after the design consultation but prior to the development of the live site, we offer two options:
    • Store credit: You may choose to receive a store credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied to future services from ANewExcellence.com.
    • Project exchange: We can also discuss exchanging your current project for a different service of equal value, subject to agreement and available resources.
  • Once project is initiated (development): Due to the significant investment of resources, strategy, and time in web design and development, refunds are generally not available once the development phase begins.
  • Exceptions: In rare instances where ANewExcellence.com is unable to deliver the promised services outlined in the contract, a refund may be granted.

  • Dispute resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute, both PayPal and WooCommerce offer resolution processes to help mediate and resolve any issues. We encourage open communication and request you contact us directly first to address your concerns.
  • Seller protection: For eligible transactions, PayPal offers seller protection against unauthorized payments, providing an additional layer of security for our business operations.
